As the team behind Grace Senior Companion Care, in Suffolk County, New York, we have worked in senior populations and Home Care settings. Our team understands the emphasis that is placed for seniors to live independently. Our goal is to help keep your loved ones at home comfortably in their own familiar surroundings. Grace Companions are trained to provide compassionate care, and have a genuine interest in helping our clients improve their quality of life. We realize that the family cannot always meet every need alone
Grace Senior Companion Care offers an economical alternative to make sure your loved ones are getting the care and attention they deserve. It's even a great alternative to nursing homes or assisted living homes and at a fraction of the cost saving you thousands of dollars. Our company’s goal is to provide not only in-home companion care but we also provide companion sitter service (i.e., bedside companion) whether in a hospital or residential setting. By providing overnight assistance, we keep our clients alert and escort them around their facility.
Additionally, We even have bilingual team members who speak English and Spanish fluently.
Meet Our Founder
Grace Senior Companion Care, LLC was established by Liliana Pereira. She is a Licensed Medicare Agent for many years and also holds certifications in Dementia Care and Alzheimer's Care. Her background is in Health Care, Behavioral Science, and Managed Long Term Care. She has worked with reputable companies including Humana.
Throughout the course of her career, she has been an active part of the Senior Community. She has conducted many Senior Seminars and home visits to enroll members into Medicare Advantage Plans. This was when Liliana witnessed the struggle of seniors and disabled individuals to provide care for themselves. Upon seeing their need for assistance with their basic Assisted Daily Living tasks, she developed a way to help them achieve peace of mind in the comfort of their homes.
